Fellowship Opportunities Available at African Food Fellowship

The African Food Fellowship is recruiting its 3rd cohort of African Food Fellows.

We are looking for 80 talented and dynamic professionals working in food systems, 40 each in Kenya and Rwanda. These are impact-driven leaders who are passionate about being champions for fairer, healthier, regenerative food systems.

In Rwanda, we are targeting applicants working in the impact areas of Access to Nutritious Foods, Sustainable Land Use or Food Technology & Trade, while in Kenya, we are accepting applications from people working in Horticulture, Aquaculture and Agri-finance.

Successful applicants will commence their leadership journey in July 2023, starting off with the prestigious ten-month Food Systems Leadership Programme offered virtually by world-class instructors from Wasafiri Consulting and Wageningen University & Research. They will then graduate into the Kenya and Rwanda Food Fellowships, respectively, which are lifelong impact networks of changemakers. The Fellowship charges a fee of USD800, payable in two installments. A limited number of scholarships are available for those who can demonstrate they need it.
