Nutrient Density. Understanding the Science… From Field to Plate

An exciting project is well underway in US and with its first lab in Europe located in France for farmers in Europe to be involved.
Technology can now provide the long needed understandings of variations of nutrient spectrum and density for what is produced on the farm and the relationships with farm practices. The benefits of this research will be vast. Early data is proving the worth of this study.
